Please note that the washing and ironing service changes the condition of the item. For this reason, if you specifically request that an item is washed or ironed before receiving it, a full refund may not be possible if you subsequently decide to return the item.I therefore recommend choosing the washing and ironing service only when you are confident that you would like to keep the item.If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact me first.
